Our Team
Khai Dang
Founder & CEO
Khai is the founder of UpNow. Prior to founding UpNow, Khai was an IT project and program manager for 8
years across a number of industries including telecommunication, investment banking and food and agriculture.
He started his career as a management consultant with Accenture for 9 years where he was involved in all aspects of building,
testing and releasing IT systems for major clients in Australia. Khai is a certified project manager with PMI.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from the University of NSW majoring in Information Systems and Accounting.
Khai is also an avid surfer at his local Maroubra beach and a regular tennis player with his school friends.
Joyce Nguyen
Business Development Manager
Joyce is the Business Development Manager at UpNow. She develops and implements all growth initiatives to help reach out to potential clients for UpNow. Joyce started her career as a Knowledge Consultant at Deloitte for 4 years before moving on to Roses Only as a Corporate Sale Consultant. Apart from UpNow, she is currently a Sales Executive at Imajha and a television presenter for Vietface TV. Joyce graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Communications - Information management from University of Technology Sydney (UTS). She also completed the Quantum Leap Program by T. Harv Eker (Accelerated Learning Program). Joyce is a keen student of Zumba dance and spent her spare time honing her skate surfing skills.
